A real-asset anchor

Real estate gives the Velaris portfolio its ballast. The assets are tangible, they generate income, and they hold value across cycles. We concentrate on prime, scarce property in locations where supply is constrained and demand stays durable. The €312M portfolio is run by a team drawn from Blackstone Real Estate and three decades of alpine and Mediterranean development.

We invest across the full value chain: acquisition, repositioning, ground-up development and hospitality operations. Then we hold. Rather than trading buildings, we operate destinations, pairing architectural quality with day-to-day management that earns premium rates and loyal guests.
